Personal Training

Personal Training is, of course, all about your personal goals.

Before we start your PT, we discuss your needs and look at what is possible, including any limitations or injuries. Losing weight or building muscle? Fitness or feeling better in your own skin? We tailor the training to your needs!

Generally, we start with 30 minutes of boxing, building up to 10 rounds of 2 minutes. Then we continue with 30 minutes of strength training.
