In the 60-minute boxing bag training + weights, we combine boxing with strength and core exercises.
These training sessions are entirely individual.
Part of the programme includes a proper warm-up with strength and core exercises, followed by punching bag boxing (fitness and technique). After boxing, the focus is on core-stability using weights, smash-balls and the sled-track, among others.
Boxing bag training + weights is with up to 12 people.
